This book is about a girl whose name is Wanda. She finds a thorny bush but she thinks it's a rose bush. She tells everyone that she has a rose bush but they know it's not a real rose bush. Wanda has a great idea at the end of the book.
I like this book because Wanda never gives up. She never says, "Awww, this is not a real rose bush." I also like this book because it reminds me of my life. When Wanda is in school, she thinks about the bush. When I am in school, I think about my dog and I miss him. I also like this book because there's a surprise ending.
I recommend this book to people who like gardening. I think people would like this book because the illustrator's pictures are wonderful.
