Don Quixote is a book about a man who turned into a knight by reading too many books about knighthood. He went on crazy adventures and “saved the world.” He doesn’t do it alone. He has his squire, Sancho Panza, and his “love,” Dulcinea.
I like the book because you never know what his next adventure will be. My favorite part was when Don Quixote rode on the exploding wooden horse because it was all a prank. The story reminds me of when I want to do something but I don’t get to because Don Quixote went on adventures without permission. The book made me wonder what it would feel like to be a knight.
I recommend the book to people who like adventures. There are a lot of them. The characters are really funny, and so are the adventures. So if you like to laugh, I definitely recommend this book.
